The location of the venue is marvellous, right by all the gyms and casinos as well as a nice park right across the street;))

The hotel is well-maintained with luxurious rooms and good services. The staff is attentive, helpful. The property is definitely recommended to all.

Everything was simply great. Newly decorated venue, excellent location near to the airport, the city, and an easy commute down to Carson City and restaurants, really enjoyed our stay. The room was pet-friendly and fully-equipped, included central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. The bed was comfy, like a cloud. The staff were very amiable, we had an easy check in and a late check-out.

Delicious breakfast, variety each morning. Spacious rooms with convenient pull-out linens. Thoughtful touch with water bottles in the pool area. Excellent staff, despite being a little understaffed during breakfast. Convenient location near shopping and a park for dogs.

The service provided by the staff at Homewood Suites was impeccable. They were courteous, professional, and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The accommodations were outstanding, with comfortable beds and clean facilities. I also loved the Monday thru Thursday Manager's Reception, which offered good food and a great atmosphere. my experience at Homewood Suites was superb, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Reno.

The value for money at Homewood Suites was fantastic, and the spacious room with the ability to open windows made it feel even more relaxing. The location was perfect for our trip to Hot August Nights, just a short drive from all the downtown fun. The staff were friendly and talkative, and the comfortable seating in the room and lobby area was a bonus.

Breakfast delights, a little more staff during busy times would have helped, especially on a busy weekend. A simple sign to remind guests to properly dispose of their dishes would also be beneficial.
